Booking
You can book tickets by visiting the event page, selecting your preferred ticket type, and following the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tickets once payment is complete.
Cancellation policies vary by event. Some events allow cancellations up to 24 hours before, while others have no-refund policies. Ticket transfers are generally allowed through our platform by using the 'Transfer Ticket' feature in your account dashboard.
Your tickets are available in the 'My Tickets' section of your account dashboard. You can display the QR code directly from your mobile device or print your tickets. Each ticket has a unique code that will be scanned at entry.
If an event is postponed, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If canceled, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll be notified by email in either case.
Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), and bank transfers for certain events. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
You'll be charged immediately upon completing your booking. For events with installment payment options, the initial deposit will be charged immediately with remaining payments processed according to the payment schedule.
There is a small service fee added to ticket prices to cover processing costs. This fee is clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase. Some premium events may have additional charges for special services.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time varies between 3-14 business days depending on your payment provider. Refund policies vary by event, so please check the specific event's terms before purchasing.
Events
To create an event, sign up for an Organizer account, then use the 'Create Event' button on your dashboard. Fill in all required details including date, time, venue, ticket types, and pricing. Once submitted, our team will review and approve your event within 24 hours.
Locked charges a 5% platform fee plus a 2.5% payment processing fee on all ticket sales. Premium features like featured placement, advanced analytics, and voting systems may have additional costs that will be clearly outlined.
Yes, you can edit most event details until tickets start selling. Once tickets have been sold, certain changes (date, venue, time) will require approval and may trigger notifications to ticket holders.
Payments are transferred to your registered bank account or mobile money wallet 3 business days after your event concludes. For major events, you may request partial settlements before the event date.
Account
Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner of the website. You can sign up using your email, or through Google or Facebook authentication. Follow the prompts to complete your profile information.
Yes, you can switch between attendee and organizer views within the same account. Go to your account settings and enable organizer features to access event creation and management tools.
Click 'Sign In', then select 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email associated with your account, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Yes, you can delete your account from the account settings page. Note that this will cancel any upcoming ticket reservations and remove all your data from our system according to our Privacy Policy.

Voting
Our voting system allows event attendees to support their favorite contestants by casting votes. Each vote costs a small fee, which helps support both the event organizers and the contestants. You can vote multiple times for your favorites.
Yes, you can distribute your votes among different contestants if you wish. Each vote is counted separately, so you have complete flexibility in how you support your favorites.
Votes are non-refundable once cast, as they are immediately counted toward your chosen contestant's total. Make sure you're voting for the correct contestant before confirming.
